Refund policy

At Stella Elaine Luxe®, our goal is for all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Due to the unique handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our business, all sales are final. No refunds or returns are accepted unless the error is on our part.

Stella Elaine Luxe® thoroughly inspects each product and package for quality. We package your purchases carefully with multiple layers of protection before sending for delivery.

Qualifying errors include, but are not limited to: receiving the wrong item, a damaged or defective item, an item that does not match its product description, or missing items from your order. All other returns, including change of mind or ordering errors, are final sale.

To initiate a return, you must notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos and a full description of the error, and include your order number in the subject line. Once your return is approved, we must receive the item within 7 days.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of our findings. If the error is confirmed, we will reship the correct item at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at help@stellaelaineluxe.com.

You will be notified by email at each step of the return process.

All orders are final once payment is processed. Order cancellations are not accepted. In rare exceptional circumstances, if a cancellation is approved at our sole discretion, the original payment processing fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.

We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported missing. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing packages.

By purchasing our products, you agree that you are knowledgeable about the safe and appropriate storage and use of the products purchased. You agree to carefully inspect your order upon arrival and will not hold us responsible for any problems arising from improper storage or use. We have included care cards to assist with the proper storage and usage of your products.
