I am the COE (chief of everything) for Stella Elaine Luxe. The start of Stella Elaine Luxe came as a surprise to myself as well as my family. I woke up one day and said, “I’m going to learn to make candles.” Somehow, that idea snowballed into taking classes, listening to podcasts and YouTube videos and changing my entire second bedroom into a small business start-up. I went from a narrow focus of candles to a broad focus of room/linen sprays, wax melts, diffusers etc. I was completely fascinated by all the scents available and how each note served a specific purpose. While it is so amazing to own a company, my favorite thing about running it is experimenting. I spend a lot of time studying and mixing fragrance oils and looking for the safest products that offer long-lasting aromas.
During my business journey, I have had the opportunity to talk to so many people about their favorite scents and through listening to their rationale of “why a particular scent is their favorite”, I fell in love with the fact that it is certain smells that elicit beautiful memories for people, from their childhood, to holidays, to loved ones, to lovers and friends. That awareness brought me so much joy and that is our goal at Stella Elaine Luxe. We want to bring people joy, relaxation, comfort and so much more, through scents.
