Shipping

All merchandise will be shipped in standard shipping boxes and shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Cost of shipping is calculated by weight and zip code. There is an additional shipping charge for packages over 70 lbs.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided during the check-out process.

Tracking information will be emailed to you when the item is shipped. Please send emails to help@stellaelaineluxe.com to inquire about shipping information.

Please Note: When shipping during warmer temperatures, the wax may soften or melt slightly. However, this will not affect the wax quality.

Return

At StelleElaineLuxe, our goal is for all our customers to be completely satisfied with the product they have purchased. Due to the unique handcrafted and made to order nature of our business, there are no refunds and no returns are accepted.

StellaElaineLuxe thoroughly inspects each product and package for quality. We package your purchases carefully with multiple layers of protection before being sent for delivery. If your product is damaged, we must be notified via email within 48 hours.

Any damaged items are eligible for replacement with the exact same item. Please provide proof with photos of the product damage as well as any damage to the shipping box or packaging.

No exchanges for any reason unless the error is on our part. You must notify us via email of the error within 48 hrs of delivery. Please include in the email, photos and a full description of the error and include the order number in the subject line. We must receive the item within 7 days of return approval. Customer will be reimbursed for shipping and item once inspection is complete. Refunds can take between 7-10 days after receiving the item. Customer will be notified by email of each step in the return process once initiated.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we welcome any feedback, so please reach out to us if you have any concerns!

We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages. We are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but are missing. Reach out directly to the courier for missing packages.

By purchasing our products, you agree that you are knowledgeable about the safe, appropriate storage, and use of the products you have purchased.

You agree to carefully inspect your order upon arrival and that you will not hold us responsible for any problems that arise from your improper storage or use of these products.
